Doctors in the practice can be contacted during normal surgery hours. A message will be taken and you will be advised by the reception staff when it is likely that the doctor can return your call. In a crisis or emergency, your call will always be put through to the doctor or nurse. Calls will be screened by the reception staff who may ask some questions to ascertain the nature of your request.

After hours appointments

DOB does not provide 24 hours care. The Doctor Doctor Medical Locum provides as an after hour's facility and for care outside of our clinic hours please call 13 26 60

Doctors on Broadway is a bulk-billing family practice.

our GPs nurses and all our staff feel passionate about contributing a comprehensive on-site health service in Reservoir, our primary goal being to promote high quality healthcare and equity in our community.

  • GPs in the medical centre are supported by trained nurse practitioners, consulting with patients as part of a GP-led team for collaborative care.
  • Doctors on Broadway is equipped with all the modern equipment and medical supplies required for a general practice, with both our doctors and nurses trained in their use.
  • We take a holistic approach that incorporates traditional and family medicine to treat an individual as a whole, and thereby include an allied health service. We have a podiatrist working independently at this GP clinic.

This practice bulkbills all DVA, Pension and Healthcare card holders along with children under the age of 16 years. Other patients will have an out of pocket cost varying according to the appointment type and length of appointment. Refer to the “Fees” section for more information.
